Accel Sleep Hybrid Mattress 100-Night Sleep Trial Return Policy:
We are confident that you'll love your new mattress, but we understand that finding the perfect sleep solution takes time. That's why we offer a risk-free 100-night sleep trial on all our mattresses. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's our return policy:
- Contact our customer service within 100 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order number and details about your concerns.
- The mattress must have been slept on for 50 days since it takes some time to get used to a new mattress.
- The 100-night sleep trial is valid for one return per customer and per household.
- The mattress must be in good condition with no stains, tears, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Once proof of donation is received, the customer service team will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X] business days.
- Adjustable bases, pillows, and other accessories are not eligible for the 100-night sleep trial.
